Maintenance Tips

"Daily inspection (every 10 hours): Before starting work every day, a mandatory inspection is carried out on the control valve body, including the pipes and high-pressure pipe joints, to check for dust accumulation on the valve stem and eliminate any trace leakage hazards.

High precision filter cartridge hard cleaning (every 500 hours): The hydraulic return filter cartridge and high-precision pilot filter cartridge must be replaced hard every 500 hours to forcibly remove metal particles that may invade the slide valve mating surface with the circuit.

Comprehensive conditioning of hydraulic oil quality (every 2000 hours): The maximum duration should not exceed 1 year (or 2000 hours), and the hydraulic oil tank must be thoroughly cleaned and replaced with original standard anti-wear hydraulic oil. If in a harsh crushing condition, this cycle needs to be forcibly shortened by 50%."

Installation Tips

"Extreme dust-free and error proof (core pit avoidance): The unpacking and installation environment needs to be treated with noise reduction and dust removal. Before connecting the pipeline, all joints must be thoroughly cleaned. The main valve pipeline is intricate and complex. When disassembling, each guide pipe and main oil pipe must be rigidly numbered and marked, and it is strictly prohibited to connect them in a staggered manner to prevent system logic disorder.

Symmetrical tightening of torque: The installation bolts of the valve body and high-pressure flange bolts must be tightened in stages and symmetrically cross tightened strictly according to the original factory's specified torque using a torque wrench to avoid local stress that may cause slight deformation of the valve body and blockage of the valve core.

Low pressure full stroke exhaust: After installation and confirming the oil level, the engine must be kept idling for 15 minutes for the first ignition. Subsequently, control the boom and arm to perform several full stroke slow reciprocating movements, thoroughly exhaust the air inside the circuit, and confirm the thermodynamic stability before gradually applying the working load."
