The product is specially designed for deep matching of Hitachi large heavy-duty hydraulic excavators equipped with Isuzu 6WG1 power core, and is accurately applicable to 80 to 90 ton industry absolute core main mining star models such as Hitachi ZX870-5G, ZX850, ZX890, etc. The product is based on first principles optimization of ultra-high pressure microporous atomization flow channels, ensuring absolute thermodynamic efficiency and precise control of combustion under high-frequency alternating high load excavation conditions. The physical dimensions of the product packaging are approximately 260mm × 80mm × 80mm, and the overall net weight of a single unit is about 1.2kg. "Extreme dust-free and oil seal protection: The disassembly and assembly environment needs to be treated with noise reduction and dust removal. Before installation, the injector head must be kept extremely clean, and it is strictly prohibited to tear off the sealing cover in advance. It is necessary to replace the original copper sealing gasket and O-ring with brand new ones, and apply an appropriate amount of original lubricating oil.

Absolute symmetrical tightening of torque: The bolts that fix the fuel injector clamping code must be tightened using a precision torque wrench in strict accordance with the original factory technical specifications, in multiple stages and symmetrically cross tightened to the specified torque, to prevent uneven stress from causing slight deformation of the fuel injector valve body, leading to needle valve jamming or cylinder blowby.

Code refresh and low-pressure exhaust: After installation, the QR correction code (ID code) marked on the surface of the injector body needs to be accurately written into the engine ECM computer control center. Before the first start-up, thoroughly exhaust the low-pressure pipeline air through the manual oil pump, and run at idle for 10-15 minutes to stabilize before gradually applying normal operating loads."
